If he signs it into law, it’ll be a felony to abort because the fetus has Down syndrome. You know what? Call me ableist or anything you like (and I have disabilities and a history of suicidal ideation due to stress, keep in mind), but potential parental quality of life is more important than people’s warm and fuzzy feelings about disabled babies.
