On needing feminism as a woman

I often hear anti-feminists who are women claim they are against feminism because they themselves dont feel they need it. I mean, I am a feminist but not out of personal benefit. I think I only experienced minor levels of sexism in my life but I am here for the women who have suffered much more than I have. So what I want to ask women who are against feminism: why do you think feminism is a movement for improving your own personal situation? This is about the collective, not the individual.
