I’m sorry this upsets you, but he’s just an imaginary character and I can draw him anyway I like. I know Martin Freeman isn’t chubby, but Peter Jackson’s representation of Bilbo (once again, a make-believe character) is just one of thousands that exist.
Also, THIS is the Bilbo I grew up with, and that looks a bit like a beer belly to me.

Hobbits are well renowned trenchermen (folk?) as well as fond of a good pint now and again, and it would make sense that a well to do Hobbit like Bilbo might have a good bit of extra padding
Canonically, Hobbits are fat. IIRC, they “have a tendency to be fat in the stomach.” As in rolls. As in might be a slight Cushingoid habitus in our world. As in still perfectly healthy because it’s normal for them.
