okay i’m extremely biased bc i adore thorin but i think there’s way too much (justified) rage there. plus, there’s an inherent lack of respect toward each other from both sides. there is literally zero evidence of affection and/or attraction…. the only tension in their scenes together is “are you going to hurt me/my people? am i going to hurt you/yours?” like thats no good. thats not sexual tension folks. 0/10.
