regarding all the hooplah about my work being reposted without credit: this is why. i really prefer retweets and reblogs, but if you must repost, this is what citing the creator had the power to do. removing us from the equation is denying us proper exposure to potential clients when this is the only means of income we have.

If for some selfish reason you feel like you **must** repost some artist’s work instead of rebloging/retweeting it, make sure to give them proper credit.

In this day and age where reverse-image search exists, I STILL see “credit to whoever made this” or “I can’t find the original artist somebody credit this for me♥ :3″ under some posts.

And no, ““4cha.n”“, ““reddit”” and ““Pinterest”” are NOT valid nor accurate sources

This was my actual favorite part of working in a theater. People would come in and use a string of words no human had ever uttered and I’d have to be like “ohhhhkay let’s parse this out.”

When we had Moonlight:
Moonshine, Moonrise, Midnight, Nightlight, Nighttime, Twilight

My favorite in recent memory, though:
“The Big Sick” = “The Fat Bad”
