Dwarves hate getting their hair wet, like cats. Dwarves have glow in the dark eyes, like cats. Do they also knock things off of shelves because “screw you, I’m a dwarf”?

– purr if you play with their hair (but only if they trust you!) 

– shed and dont care

– hiss at enemies/elves

– do the headbutt. two types: violent and gentle (gentle also implies nuzzling bc they’re secretly saps or they want something) 

– very aggressive if angered (won’t hesitate to bite) 

– ^ their hair bristles (also the fur they’re wearing)

– distrustful and proud 

– most of the time won’t beg but demand

– require lots of food and drink

– do not do well on vegetarian diet !

– ONLY share food with those they care about

– if they want something they will get it

– if it fits they sits (and u dont bother them esp if they’re sharpening their knives)

– everyone else is cat too except too big (or too small) and hairless and stupid

– usually indifferent to those other ‘fake’ cats 

– others think they’re mean, selfish and stubborn… and they’re right but they’re also beautiful, special and badass

– nightmares include: being subjected to others (unfortunately very real), tangled hair, being outside when it’s not necessary, dragons the size of dragons, having to be polite towards elves, elves, no food or ale

– natural born killers (debatable in certain circumstances)

– won’t hesitate to kill you if you force them to bathe

– 2 types of sleeping: a) sprawled and taking up ALL of the bed (in case they got there first), give zero shits that others cant fit on the very same bed – unless they like the person in which case they’ll compromise 70/30; b) curled up and tense (usually outdoors)

– if you’re boring they will stare at you with complete disinterest and then leave bc 95% of the time you are wasting their time 

– don’t care if they hurt other ppl’s feelings (unless it’s a dwarf too in which case they’ll later ”ask” forgiveness with gentle headbutts / hair braiding / sharing their food/ale)

– if you get attached to them you won’t care that they’ve hurt your feelings you just watn them to be safe and sound and happy 

– you also cry over them a lot and want to pet them and squish them and whisper repeatedly ‘i love you’ and not stop even when they growl in utmost displeasure and threaten to gouge your eyes out
